Standard international shipments are delivered under FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF major seaports, or DAP/DDP by mutual agreement. All equipment is packed in seaworthy, fumigated wooden crates with internal moisture-barrier protection.
Prior to dispatch, all electrostatic power supplies, pulse jet valves, and mechanical blower units undergo bench inspection. Full inspection records and testing video certificates are supplied to buyers upon request.
KUSO AIR warrants mechanical housings and solid-state high-voltage power supplies against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of bill of lading (B/L). Consumables (filter cartridges, carbon beds, bags) are warranted against material defects upon delivery.
Lifetime technical documentation and remote commissioning assistance are provided for all serialized equipment. Replacement cells and consumable elements remain available for at least 7 years following model purchase.
