Industrial Oil Mist & Smoke Elimination Systems

KUSO AIR delivers three tailored engineering configurations to capture airborne cutting fluids, mineral oil smokes, and thermal aerosols from metal cutting, die-casting, and grinding operations.

Centralized Oil Mist Collector
Plant-Wide Network

Centralized Oil Mist System

Connects multiple CNC machines or die-casting lines through a central duct manifold. Extracts high-concentration oil mists and hydrocarbons, treats them to strict environmental standards, and recovers valuable cutting fluids back to coolant reservoirs.

Applications: Multi-axis machining workshops, die-casting plants, heat treatment facilities.
