The MLT Series adopts the world-renowned Torit Downdraft sedimentation technology. The filter cartridges are mounted horizontally at an inclined angle, which ensures maximum filtration efficiency and allows fast, ergonomic cartridge replacement from the exterior of the housing.
Application Suitability:
Extensively utilized across metallurgy, building materials, cement clinker processing, mechanical grinding, chemical synthesis, thermal power plants, food processing, pharmaceuticals, animal feed milling, and light industry dust recycling.
Air enters from the upper section and flows downward across the cartridges. Particles dislodged during pulse jet cleaning follow the natural path of gravity directly into the hopper, preventing dust re-entrainment onto adjacent filters.
Units can be paralleled seamlessly in 3-tier and 4-tier configurations. Future factory expansion requires only additional housing blocks without redesigning the primary duct network or foundation.
Quick-release rotating knobs allow maintenance technicians to slide cartridges out directly into disposal bags from outside the collector housing, eliminating confined-space entry requirements.
